Puma | Manchester City

Puma announced a monumental ten-year partnership with Premier League Champions Manchester City. The long-term deal will see the Big Cat arrive on the City shirts from the 19/20 season and remain there for the next decade, with that in mind we developed the overall campaign around the announcement, and the 2019/20 Home, Away, and Third kit.

The art direction celebrates the city’s “Madchester” years, a period of extraordinary cultural activity in the late 1980s and early 1990s, mostly inspired by the iconic former Manchester nightclub, The Haçienda, which was once an epicenter for emerging music, bands, DJs, and artists. Additional peach and City blue pops create a colorful representation of this legendary cultural icon that was the heartbeat of the city, keeping in mind the team's attacking and entertaining style of play as overall inspiration.
